To learn more, visit Job Description The Packaging Design Engineer supports Sealed Air’s sales organization by designing, prototyping, and testing protective packaging solutions, with a strong focus on Instapak® foam cushioning. This is a hands‑on engineering role that blends CAD design, CNC machining, woodworking, physical testing, and customer‑facing communication. You will own the full end‑to‑end process: from initial customer opportunity through design, mold fabrication, sample creation, ISTA testing, and final customer presentation. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who want variety, technical depth, and direct customer impact. This role is onsite in West Chester, Ohio.
