Heavy Equipment Operator $2,125+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:

  • Experience operating track hoes, excavators, and similar heavy equipment
  • Strong background in civil construction, including excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation
  • Experience operating excavators to efficiently load dirt and other materials into dump trucks
  • Ability to safely and accurately load trucks while maintaining proper awareness of surrounding personnel and equipment
  • Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and follow project specifications
  • Experience working on civil construction projects with contractors or construction companies
  • Ability to perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and identify mechanical issues
  • Must be comfortable operating heavy machinery for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, dirt, and dust
  • Must be able to climb in and out of heavy equipment regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • TWIC card preferred
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends as needed


Shifts:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends as needed

Duration:
  • Temp-to-hire
