Project Manager/ Scheduler

Project Manager / Scheduler We are a small, growing pool construction company looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager / Scheduler to help manage daily jobs, crews, timelines, and customer communication. Position Responsibilities: Schedule pool construction projects and daily crew assignments Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Track job progress from start to finish Order and coordinate materials as needed Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members Help keep projects on time and organized Handle basic office/admin tasks related to projects Requirements: Construction experience preferred Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Must be dependable and detail-oriented Basic computer/phone skills required We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady work Small company environment Opportunity to grow with the business Training available for the right person Schedule: Full-time position Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Peoplify
