Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to safely load, unload, stack, and move materials, raw goods, and finished products throughout our facility.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent spatial awareness, a deep commitment to OSHA safety standards, and the ability to seamlessly transition between operating machinery and assisting with manual warehouse duties to keep production flowing efficiently.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklift trucks to move materials.

• Load & Unload: Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and containers.

• Inventory Control: Track, move, and stage products using inventory management systems or RF scanners.

• Safety Compliance: Perform daily equipment checks and strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.

• General Warehouse Duties: Assist with picking, packing, pallet wrapping, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator (Sit-down, Stand-up, or Reach truck).

• Valid Forklift Certification required.

• Ability to read manifests, order picking tickets, and use scanning technology.

• strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
