IMPACT-X Performance Sayre is seeking a high-level fitness professional and leader who wants more than just another training job.

We are building a next-generation performance, recovery, and longevity facility focused on helping adults optimize strength, energy, body composition, recovery, and long-term health.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Already has a book of business or strong local network

We are looking for someone who can:

Coach semi-private and personal training clients

Build relationships and community

Drive referrals and membership growth

Help lead culture and operations

Eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities within the business
