This includes but is not limited to patients and visitors.Responsibilities:Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk.Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
