Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician Job Description

This position involves performing maintenance on CNC machines and shakers, primarily at a machine shop but occasionally at a nearby warehouse facility. The role is largely mechanical, with some electrical work and wiring involved. The technician will work independently, managing their own time and executing preventive maintenance programs.

• Conduct regular maintenance on CNC machines and shakers.
• Perform mechanical repairs and electrical troubleshooting.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs independently.
• Adjust machines as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle some facilities maintenance tasks.
• Work across two facilities, ensuring machinery is well-maintained.

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience in preventive maintenance programs.
• 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance.
• 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Ability to work independently.
• Capability to make machine adjustments.
• Experience with lathe, mill, maintenance repair, and blueprint reading.
• Mechanical inclination.

Work primarily on the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm. This role is situated mostly at a machine shop, with occasional work at a nearby warehouse. Both facilities are older, fostering a unique working environment. The team consists of 24 people at the machine shop and 15 at the warehouse, providing a small community feel.

This is a Contract position based out of Racine, WI.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
