Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Representative To maintain the highest level of customer service through personal contact with a predetermined list of customers. A CSR must have excellent communication skills to interact with their customers, our Field Sales Representatives and Product Management. They must have the ability to fulfill a customer's needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses. Job responsibilities include: Building positive relationships with all major customers Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role Maintaining knowledge of company products and lead times Preparing quotes, status updates, and responses for customers Performing contract reviews and entering purchase orders with accuracy Ensuring accurate and timely service and responding quickly and proactively to customer requests Organizing and uploading all necessary documentation with digital storage software Interfacing with all departments Pay range: $19 to $23 per hour **Please note that the salary range information is only applicable to California.
