Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist for a well-established company in Wheeling, WV.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain a welcoming and organized front office area
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$15.00 $18.00 per hour
Based on experience
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
