Homecare Physical Therapist Compensation

Pay rate: $60.68 per hour + Mileage reimbursement: 0.43 cents
Shift Requirements: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Homecare Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Performs physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders/referrals. Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures. Reviews patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions and contraindications.

Homecare Physical Therapist QUALIFICATIONS:

Shift Requirements: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Are 40 hours guaranteed: Yes
On Call Schedule: N/A
License Requirements: Ga License (accept Compact license)
Productivity Requirement: Minimum of 30 units
Mileage reimbursement: 0.43 cents
Counties covered: Baldwin, Putnam, Hancock, Wilkinson, Washington
Required Skills: HCHB, Previous HH experience
