Senior Project Manager

Your Role The Technical Delivery organization serves as the execution backbone for Stellarus’s strategic technology portfolio, spanning directly owned and executed strategic initiatives as well as cross-functional programs tracked and coordinated across the enterprise. The Senior Manager, Technical Delivery will report to the Director of Technical Delivery. In this role you will lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads, own delivery management oversight for cross-functional programs and Technology Enablement initiatives and serve as a key escalation point and thought partner to the Director. Your leadership directly shapes how Technical Delivery operates at scale – building team capability, ensuring delivery consistency, and modeling the AI-forward practices that define how this organization works.
