Responsibilities

• Convert buyer and seller opportunities into appointments and clients
• Follow up consistently and professionally with leads and prospects
• Guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process
• Manage multiple active clients and transactions
• Participate in team training, coaching, meetings, and accountability
• Follow proven systems while continuously developing your sales skills

Qualifications

• Strong sales instincts and ability to connect with people
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Disciplined with prospecting and follow-up
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Real estate experience preferred, but sales ability matters more
• Florida Real Estate License required
