Join our team as an RNFA, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective surgical outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams during operations
- Perform duties of OR staff RN when not in RNFA role
- Utilize knowledge and skills specific to clinical practice in the operating room
- Participate in the operative phase of the perioperative experience
- Manage evening call and rotating holiday requirements
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in New York
- CNOR certification
- Completion of an accredited RNFA program
- Two years of OR experience
- Proficiency in perioperative nursing practice
- DaVinci robotic surgery experience
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma center
- ACLS certification
