About the Position: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carl Endorf - State Farm Agent, you will be an important part of our team and have a direct impact on our clients' experience and the growth of our agency. Your Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
• Follow up with current and potential clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Answer questions related to insurance coverages, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Identify clients' needs and present products and services that may be suitable for them.
• Contribute to the agency's growth through excellent service and trustful relationships with our clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish mandatory requirement.
• Valid Property & Casualty (Property and Casualty) license from Nevada mandatory requirement.
• Willingness to obtain Life and Health Insurance licenses.
• Previous experience working with clients and managing relationships is preferred.
• Interest and ability to offer products and services based on each client's needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening.
• Positive attitude and true commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to identify and anticipate clients' needs.
• Ease in communicating and establishing professional relationships with different types of clients.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
