Pediatric Speech Therapist – River Therapies, Inc. – Glenshaw River Therapies, Inc. is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania that specializes in outpatient, early intervention, and school‑based speech‑language pathology services. We serve children age birth to school‑age and work collaboratively with families, educators and medical professionals to provide high‑quality, individualized care. Responsibilities Provide daily speech therapy sessions to pediatric patients identified as requiring services. Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate progress reports. Complete all required paperwork for Early Intervention services in Allegheny County. Maintain IEP documentation and assist with evaluations, re‑evaluations, and attendance at IEP meetings. Communicate regularly with families, school staff and district administrators to support each patient’s progress. Participate in regular meetings with administration to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote clinical best practices. Collaborate with the patient’s therapy team—including families—to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Qualifications Licensed Speech Therapist in Pennsylvania. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive work ethic. Pediatric experience preferred, but not required. Passion for pediatric speech therapy and commitment to continued professional growth.
