What You'll Do

As the Director of Nursing , you will oversee all aspects of resident care while ensuring compliance with state regulations, company standards, and best clinical practices. You'll work closely with residents, families, physicians, and community leaders to deliver exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and resident care teams

• Ensure quality resident assessments, service plans, and individualized care

• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations

• Manage quality assurance, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives

• Partner with department leaders to promote resident wellness and satisfaction

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and outside healthcare providers

• Serve as a member of the community leadership team and support operational excellence

QualificationsRequired

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Georgia

• Leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare

• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Passion for serving seniors with dignity and compassion

Preferred

• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred

• Three or more years of nursing leadership experience

• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care

• Experience caring for residents living with dementia
