Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds: Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Floating policy: As needed Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech) Procedures performed on unit: Patient Experience Required: Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. RN: Tech: Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other – Floating Guidelines: Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed. Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.
