Specific schedules, rest periods, sleeping arrangements, and compensation will be explained based on the assignment and applicable requirements.Live-in care requires a high level of trust and responsibility.We need caregivers who:Show up. Communication with the Griswold office team is essential.What we're looking for:Experience: At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience with older adults. Previous in-home or live-in caregiving experience strongly preferred. Experience with personal care and activities of daily living preferred.Professionalism: Dependable and punctual. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working independently. Able to follow care plans and instructions. Comfortable communicating with families and office staff. Able to recognize and report changes in a client's condition or needs. Respectful of client privacy and personal boundaries. Strong work ethic and professional judgment.Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance when transportation is required for the assignment. Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screenings.
