As Director, AI Infrastructure Strategic Partnerships, you’ll transform executive relationships and market intelligence into actionable growth opportunities, positioning Spectrum for early wins and sustained leadership in AI technology. Your expertise will directly influence our competitive edge and revenue growth. How You’ll Make an Impact  Build and leverage executive relationships with strategic partners across power, data centers, AI technology, network equipment and construction to strengthen Spectrum’s position with key industry playersIdentify and pursue early opportunities through partner intelligence, infrastructure planning and customer roadmaps, engaging well before formal bid processes beginIntegrate partner insights, executive access and market perspectives into account planning alongside Sales Directors, Sales Managers and sellersOrchestrate executive engagement across Spectrum and coordinate resources from Sales, Product, Network, Construction, Finance, Legal and Sales Engineering around strategic opportunitiesDesign partnership structures, co-development initiatives and co-build opportunities to enhance market access and increase Spectrum’s ability to capture AI infrastructure demandConvert relationships and intelligence into qualified opportunities, executive access and partner-driven demand for the AI Infrastructure sales teamDeliver market intelligence on emerging AI campuses, power availability, data center development, network requirements and investment priorities to inform business strategyWorking Conditions  Office environmentTravel up to 50%Exposure to moderate noise levelsWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum    Required Qualifications    Education   Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or related field, or equivalent education, training and experience Experience    8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or strategic sales 8+ years in telecommunications, cloud, data center or digital infrastructure 3+ years engaging Hyperscalers, Neoclouds, data center operators or adjacent AI infrastructure ecosystems 5+ years of cross-functional leadership and executive influence Skills    Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Strong knowledge of IP, DWDM, wavelength services, IRUs, dark fiber and high-capacity network infrastructure Expertise in developing and negotiating executive-level partnerships and complex initiatives Ability to translate market intelligence into qualified opportunities and influence executive stakeholders Understanding of AI infrastructure, data center development, power availability and network capacity economics Preferred Qualifications Education MBA or related graduate degree Experience 3+ years in Hyperscaler, Neocloud or data center connectivity Skills Experience aligning partners around joint market initiatives, customer pursuits, data center development and connectivity #LI-MB9 SCM700 2026-85529 SCM700 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $96,000.00 and $245,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
