What You’ll Do As an Associate Butcher/Fishmonger, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation and cutting of premium meats, seafood, and specialty items. Providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers about cuts, cooking techniques, and product origins. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in the workspace. Stocking and organizing inventory to ensure our shelves are always full of fresh, high-quality offerings. Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to create a welcoming and engaging market experience.
