Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist position, full time, pay range based on experience $80,000-$94,000 annually. If you are in the market for stability, consistency, a family environment, and a collaborative culture, stop scrolling! Our client, located in the Lakewood area of WA State, is hiring a PT. Schedule option of 4 or 5 days a week, we do need two evenings to meet the needs of your caseload, but just until 7pm and you'll have a later start time on those days. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor Health adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
