Concrete Laborer

Primary Responsibilities Support general construction activities, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials Removing delaminated concrete, concrete placement, traffic membrane coatings, sealants, carpentry/forming, waterproofing Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed Help prep job sites by clearing obstacles, organizing tools, and maintaining a safe workspace Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic equipment under supervision while following safety guidelines Follow direction from supervisors and communicate effectively with the team Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred Ability to handle physically demanding work and lift heavy objects Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Willingness to learn and take direction Commitment to safety procedures and regulations Must be willing to travel 3-4 hour range outside of Columbus Must have transportation All candidates must complete an assessment and pre‑employment drug screen.
