SaaS Data Analyst

What You’ll Do: As a SaaS Data Analyst , you will play a critical role in structuring and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions across the company. You will design and build data models, develop insightful reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the value of our data. This is an opportunity to shape how we use data to scale and improve business operations while contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Structuring : Design, structure, and maintain scalable data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and reporting. Organize raw data into a meaningful and accessible structure for cross-departmental use. Report Building & Insights : Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key metrics. Provide actionable insights to drive decisions across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Collaboration : Act as a liaison between teams, understanding their unique data needs and delivering tailored solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using data. Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices for data management. Monitor and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, working with engineering or IT teams as needed. Strategic Input : Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Experience 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business. Preferred Location: We're have people inBelgium and USA Preferred location would be Belgium or East Coast USA (for time-overlap with Belgium) Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization BI tools Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake). Business Skills : Strong common sense and business acumen to understand and address the needs of diverse teams. Ability to connect data insights with practical business outcomes. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
