Business Development Center (BDC) Manager - Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram
Landmark Automotive Group is currently looking for a BDC Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the BDC team to achieve department goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase lead conversion and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with General Managers and Sales/Service teams to align BDC efforts with dealership objectives.
- Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Supervise all inbound and outbound lead handling, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Implement processes to improve response times and customer experience.
- Oversee CRM utilization, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Hire, train, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- Foster a positive and results-driven work environment.
- Monitor and refine BDC scripts, workflows, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies for lead management.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal use of CRM, phone systems, and other tools.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Present performance updates to upper management and dealership stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dealership BDC, sales, or automotive management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Automotive sales and BDC training certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of lead management, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Must successfully pass background and drug screen.
