The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, present product and service offerings, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing timely follow-up and support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in training sessions, and accurately documenting sales activities in company systems. The Sales Specialist is expected to represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of customer care.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and colleagues.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences.Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting targets.Experience in Training or mentoring team members on products, processes, or sales techniques.Background in Sales Management or leadership is beneficial, including overseeing pipelines and supporting team performance.Ability to work on-site in Bristol, TN, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to accuracy in documentation and reporting.Comfort using CRM or sales-related software; proficiency with basic office productivity tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary educationin business or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in retail, B2B, or customer-facing sales environments is preferred.
