Key Responsibilities

• Prepare compliance reports and communicate site quality system status through management review forums
• Manage Quality Technical Agreements with internal and external partners
• Lead internal audits and execute external audits/inspections, including CAPA tracking
• Oversee inspection readiness to maintain site preparedness
• Conduct knowledge management activities, including regulatory review and gap assessments
• Support investigations and corrective action documentation
• Manage supplier qualification and vendor compliance activities
• Own and update procedures for assigned compliance areas
• Lead special cross-functional projects and present findings to senior management
• Maintain safe work practices, complete training requirements, and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent education/experience
• ASQ CQE/CQA certification (or equivalent)
