CNC Department Tech

Coburn's Exclusive is seeing an individual that can be trained to operate a variety of machines in our shop, including a Press Brake, Laser Tube, and Laser Flatbed. Position Requirements: Press Brake experience a plus Knowledge of CNC machines preferred Knowledge of other metal fabrication processes preferred Willingness to learn and adapt

SPECIFIC DUTIES OF THE JOB:

After training, tech is responsible for the basic operations of our 3 kilowatt flatbed laser, 3 kilowatt tube laser, 10' CNC controlled Press Brake, 6x12 Water Jet, and CO2 laser Expected to complete basic daily and weekly maintenance tasks for each machine listed above Will work closely with CNC department lead and programmer to ensure projects are completed on time Expected to assist the team with maintaining accurate inventory of sheet metal Expected to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery listed above Assist with annual preventative maintenance for machinery listed above CNC Department Tech Perks & Benefits: Paid holidays Insurance available This position requires an authorization to work within the United States and a valid drivers license accompanied by a reliable mode of transportation to and from work (including jobs that are not located at our shop).
