Physical Therapist - Santa Cruz, CA

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time or full-time outpatient position with flexible hours in Santa Cruz, CA. New graduates are welcome! The role involves patient assessments, individualized treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, patient education, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs, modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement-based treatment techniques.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills.
