We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact every day. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to grow with a team, we'd love to meet you.

This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling that works with your lifenot against it.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children build independence and functional skills
• Support Occupational Therapists with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Collaborate with a fun, interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for each child
• Educate and empower families with strategies and home programs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Washington State
• CPR certified
