Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments that delve into clients' histories and current challenges to inform the therapeutic process.
• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, factoring in their personal goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.
• Maintain detailed clinical records that align with confidentiality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at CareWell, your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population who are navigating issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with a diverse population.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client interaction.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and job performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
