Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver fast-paced, high-quality emergency nursing care. In this role, you will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and treat emergency department patients, educate patients and their families, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency Patient Care: Perform rapid patient assessments, triage incoming cases, administer critical treatments, and deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional scope of practice.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly with emergency physicians, mid-level providers, and healthcare staff to coordinate overall care.
• Patient & Family Education: Provide essential discharge instructions, disease education, and treatment guidance to patients and their support systems.
• Clinical Documentation: Accurately document patient evaluations, interventions, and responses in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Emergency Department experience [Required] .
• Hospital Background: Recent acute care hospital experience within the last 2 years [Required] .
• Certifications: Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC [Required] .
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (or willingness to obtain prior to start) [Required] .
