Fleet Mechanic

Become a full or part-time Fleet Mechanic to spend your days fixing up company vehicles, diagnosing issues with equipment, and supporting a local business in delivering exceptional services! We're RJ Rasmussen Plumbing & Heating, and we're hiring an experienced mechanical problem solver to maintain our company's equipment for our Plover and Almond, Wisconsin locations.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full- and part-time shifts are available during the hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What You Can Expect

Our Fleet Mechanic keeps our company's trucks, equipment, and tools in excellent shape so we're always ready to respond to our customers' HVAC and plumbing needs. You'll be in charge of performing routine vehicle maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues with trucks and equipment, and making the necessary repairs to get everything working well again. As you work, you'll make sure to properly fill out work orders, paperwork, and required documentation. When you're not repairing vehicles or tools, you'll be ordering more parts for our inventory, organizing equipment, stocking items, and handling other duties as assigned.

Our Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Self-motivation to do an excellent job
• Valid, current driver's license
• Ability to work at our shops in Plover and Almond
