WHAT you're gonna do:

As a Dishwasher at Smitty's, you'll be the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps the kitchen running like clockwork.

Clean and sanitize dishes, small wares, and cookware
Handle dishwashing equipment and chemicals safely
Manage garbage and keep workspaces fresh and organized
Monitor chemical and sanitizer levels
Lend a hand with basic food prep when needed
Bring your hustle! Dishwashing is the first step to bigger things!

HOW you gotta be:

Ready to work hard, stay positive, and move fast
Available to evenings during weekdays. And at least one weekend shift/week.
Safety and cleanliness focused
Able to stay on your feet and lift during busy shifts
Eager to learn and grow
A true team player who knows every role matters
