Lube Tech/Mobile Mechanic

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform fueling and lubrication of mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and support vehicles

• Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate equipment status to maintenance and operations teams

• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and support mechanics with basic repairs

• Follow all site-specific underground safety procedures, including ventilation, confined space, and hazardous material protocols

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely service and maintain heavy mobile equipment in an underground or industrial setting

• Working knowledge of lubrication systems, diesel equipment, and preventative maintenance practices

• Strong commitment to safety with the ability to follow underground mining regulations and procedures

• Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment while supporting a team

• Effective communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to equipment care

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
