LoanMax- Customer Service Representative ****OPEN INTERVIEWS ON THURSDAY, 10/8 FROM 11AM-4PM**** Location: 2000 W Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA, 51501 Position: Customer Service Representative LoanMax in Council Bluffs, IA is holding open interviews for the customer service representative position on Tues day, August 25th from 11am-4pm . If you're interested in interviewing, please stop by anytime during this window and ask to speak with the area manager. Please bring a copy of your resume (either a paper copy or a digital copy). Please see below for a brief overview of the customer service representative position. Primary Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service Loan processing Cash handling Collection calls Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work full time Have a high school degree or equivalent Basic computer and data entry experience Collections experience preferred Criminal background check Consumer credit check Drug screen Incentives: Full-Time Position: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, closed on Sundays!
