Job Description:

Perform specialized procedures in the Cath Lab, working collaboratively with other technologists and nurses to deliver skilled care. Responsible for assisting with procedures and operating equipment as needed. Must adapt to various patient needs and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of techs and RNs during procedures, with specific scrubbing and monitoring duties.
• Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases.
• Participate in weekend call duties approximately once a month.

Requirements:

• ARRT, Fluoro, and BLS certifications are required.
• Must have current cath lab experience.
• Experience with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, cardiac drips, and balloon pumps.
• Comfortable working in a STEMI receiving facility.
