RN Registered Nurse

Job OverviewFairview Health Services is seeking a driven registered nurse to join our dedicated, hard-working team at the Bass Lake Clinic. This position may require traveling to our Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove Acute Diagnostic Services or Andover clinic. This position is approved for 64 hours every two weeks (0.8 FTE). The schedule includes working hours between 7:00 a.m - 6:00 pm. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, with one weekday off per week.The registered nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting. While following established standards and protocols, the registered nurse delivers care that is sensitive to the unique needs of the ages served by the clinic. The RN provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established nursing standards and practices. As a member of the care team, the RN supports quality patient and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high-level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families.
