Solar Installer And TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Installer and Technician. In this role, you will assist our experienced solar installers with the installation of solar panels and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in the solar industry. This position involves traveling with a crew to out-of-state projects (such as Pennsylvania and other nearby states) as well as local job sites.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftopsTravel with a crew to complete installations in other states and local areas as neededLearn to use and maintain roofing and electrical equipmentFollow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulationsAssist with maintaining a clean and organized job siteQualifications:Ability to climb ladders and work at heightsWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsGood physical condition and strength to lift heavy equipment and materialsBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsValid driver's license and reliable transportationOSHA 10 requiredWe offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.
