Essential duties:

Process all new and used registration in the state in which they will be titled.

Prepare documents and submit all legal transfer work to the appropriate Dept of Motor Vehicles.

Check for accuracy and ensure that all information is complete.

Maintain system for filing titles or certificate of origin for new and used vehicles.

Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem documentation.

Verfiies receipt of lien release when applicable.

Stays abreast of title regulations and tax laws.

Cross-training to handle other title clerk duties.

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform essential duties. Previous knowledge of title and registration procedures is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Richmond, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
