Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high‑quality patient care. Qualifications Current and active state Physical Therapist license - or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
