Social Media Manager

Our company is on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our skillful team. We are seeking a passionate individual to take full ownership of our social media presence, developing and executing strategies that will elevate our brand, engage our community, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape and a talent for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from any location. You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content, managing our social channels day-to-day, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of conversation. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content across all social media platforms, including text, images, and video.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to our community in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Analyze key metrics and social media performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to a management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and coordinated campaign efforts.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for performance and ROI.
