Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training Locations: Raynham, MA (USA), West Chester, PA (USA), Raritan, NJ (USA), Zuchwil, Switzerland, Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. Role Overview Part of the Supply Chain Services capability, the Sr. Manager leads and implements business adoption activities for ERP and other SC&O platform implementations. The role partners with functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts, and the project management team to integrate, operate, and fully implement an organizational change plan covering readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, security, and training. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns. Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies. Ensure Program Management Organization (PMO) alignment, resource needs, coordinated deliverables and risk awareness. Design stakeholder engagement frameworks, identify key stakeholders, and drive alignment across discussions and decisions. Partner with process leads, business owners and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology. Implement Change Impact Mitigations into project governance and communicate to impacted partner groups. Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan enabling successful migration onto the new platform. Provide proactive, concise communications to key groups and impacted users regarding project execution, transformation, and program awareness. Gauge organizational pulse through surveys, dialog, and other means to understand perspectives and opportunities. Partner with leaders, process leads, and SMEs to deliver curriculum and trainings, track effectiveness, and drive improvement. Collaborate with global supply‑chain experts on design, development, and improvement of global business processes and integration points. Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget, and coordinate project plans and schedules around business simulation and validation/readiness. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or equivalent) preferred. Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives. Proven global change and training leadership for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms). Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices. 5 years of progressive leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs. 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program. Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8‑step, or equivalent). Deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain and hands‑on project delivery. Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results. People management and development experience. Strong internal and external customer focus. Ability to govern cross‑functional decision‑making bodies. Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates. Exceptional business and digital competence, including ERP expertise. Experience managing complex, multi‑ERP or system environment, project timelines, and external vendors or consulting partners. Preferred certifications: PMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, ACMP, Prosci. Preferred: Experience in large‑scale digital or systems transformations in regulated or matrixed organizations; familiarity with learning technologies, digital adoption tools, and blended learning models. Languages: English required; additional languages preferred. Travel Up to 20–30% global travel may be required. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated base pay range: $122,000 – $245,000 USD per year. Benefits include: Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time: 40 hours per year (48 hours for Colorado, 56 hours for Washington). Holiday pay, including floating holidays: 13 days per year. Work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours per year. Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care. Bereavement leave: 240 hours for immediate family; 40 hours per calendar year for extended family. Caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period. Volunteer leave: 32 hours per year.
