What You Will Do

• Utilize our innovative platform and your personal network to discover prospective healthcare candidates
• Engage with potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up diligently with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Ensure accuracy and updates in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
