Job Summary A Laundry Attendant supports laundry operations and delivers pressing, sewing, and related services to maintain an excellent Guest and Member experience. Responsibilities Support laundry operations, including washing, folding, and storing linen and uniform items. Perform pressing, sewing, and other related services to meet quality standards. Respond to guest requests and provide assistance in line with brand standards and one‑call delivery deadlines. Greet guests warmly in public areas and rooms. Store soiled and damaged linen in soiled bags and dispose of them correctly. Maintain linen room and uniform store; keep floors stocked with required items. Use chemicals safely and store them appropriately. Report maintenance and hazard issues promptly. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation. Collaborate with teammates and represent Hilton brands befittingly. Deliver high levels of service and remain methodical and well‑organized. Pay and Benefits Hourly pay: $17.50. Employees receive Hilton Hotel room benefits valued at $40.00. Qualifications Positive attitude. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently or in teams.
