About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, shaping the long-term financial and operational direction of a diversified portfolio of companies. This includes driving enterprise value creation, modernizing systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term scalability and succession. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, provide strategic insight for major initiatives, and drive performance management through KPIs and analytics. Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for financial stewardship, operational excellence, and enterprise infrastructure and technology leadership. The ideal CFO for the company will be a strategic, trusted, and operationally fluent financial leader with a proven track record in a similar environment. They must balance long-term vision with hands-on execution, understand the role of finance in driving enterprise value, and lead change to build scalable infrastructure and teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a CPA and/or MBA. The candidate should have over 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within a mid-sized, privately held, or family-owned business, and a strong background in FP&A, accounting operations, and strategic financial leadership. Experience in overseeing IT functions and managing an ERP system conversion is also strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, as well as a high degree of integrity and business acumen.
