About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Wealth Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a boutique, mission-driven, fee-based SEC-registered investment advisory firm that is dedicated to a fiduciary approach and the delivery of transparent, professionally tailored wealth and financial planning services. The role involves nurturing existing client relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The VP will be expected to deliver comprehensive wealth management advice and planning solutions, develop expertise in the firm's investment philosophy, and provide exceptional client service. This includes proactive communication, regular meetings, and timely reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of experience as a client-facing advisor, and a strong background in investment management or portfolio construction. A CFP or CFA designation is preferred, and a Series 65 or Series 66 license is required. Applicants for the VP of Wealth Management position at the company should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
