Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Defense

Overview Capehart Scatchard is seeking an experienced personal injury defense attorney to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A portable book of business is welcomed but not necessary. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a collegial work environment.
