Shift Leader

Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is searching for a Shift Leader to collaborate directly with the General Manager and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to set the morale and tone of the team. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages served. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Support station managers in achieving daily sales and food quality goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Must pass background checks as required by local, state, and federal law. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred where required. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
