Responsible for supporting the Companys mission, vision, and values by providing an unparalleled experience of fun and entertainment./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliLead by example./liliResponsible for maintaining a high degree of hospitality, as well as a positive and professional demeanor at all times./liliCreates high levels of morale, fosters teamwork, inspires collaboration, and provides suggestions for growth to management./liliOperate Canterburys Garbage trucks to collect, transport and dispose of soiled horse bedding./liliOperate Canterburys semi-tractor and trailer./liliHelp keep vehicle shop and surrounding area neat and orderly/liliPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliClass A or B CDL Commercial Drivers License with Air Brakes./liliAbility to work in, on and with dusty, dirty, smelly equipment and areas./liliMust be able to pass Canterbury Parks pre-employment screening which includes a criminal background check, verification of work history, Drug Screening, and Canterbury Parks Safe Driving Policy./liliMust be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPassenger endorsement would be a plus but not required./liliSome experience or education on equipment repairs./liliExperience operating farm equipment, skid loaders, front-end loaders, power mowers, weed whip, dump trucks, gators, and JLG Lifts/liliExperience with minor repairs to farm equipment, lawn equipment, and motor vehicle repair./li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
