A bar waitress/Sever is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Key duties include processing payments, upselling menu items, and completing closing tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning the bar area.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesBar waitresses play a vital role in enhancing customer experience.
- Customer Service — Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Order Management — Take food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Payment Processing — Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cleanliness — Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed.
- Upselling — Promote special offers and menu items to increase sales
